Rental conditions, 100% of the reservation must be paid at the time of booking.
Check-in: From 16h and Check-out before 10h.
NOMATIVE
LIGHTS, HEATING AND VENTILATION:
The heating in winter is at your disposal, but it is your responsibility to make good use of it. Please do not leave the heating on when you are not in the flat or at the end of your stay. The planet and we will appreciate it. Please try to ventilate the flat as much as possible to
ensure that subsequent guests enjoy their stay as much as possible.
NOISE:
There are neighbours in the building, we ask that you please respect the rest of the community after 10pm (10pm is what the law dictates).
ELECTRICAL APPLIANCES:
Before leaving, please try not to leave food inside electrical appliances such as fridge, microwave, oven, etc.
GARBAGE:
Rubbish should also be disposed of at the end of your stay. Do not leave rubbish either in the flat or in the car park (if there is any), always leave it in the communal rubbish bin nearest to the accommodation.
SMOKE FREE
We are smoke-free flats, but if you have a balcony or terrace you are allowed to smoke outside the flat. Always be careful not to throw cigarette butts into the street.
IN CASE OF NON-COMPLIANCE WITH ANY OF THESE RULES WE RESERVE THE RIGHT TO WITHHOLD A DEPOSIT.
